How the future cocktail works

Each ingredient is a simple projection. Future You adds a fixed monthly amount and lets it grow at your assumed return. First Million starts from the savings you have and counts the months until the total reaches your target. Good Share takes a fixed part of your small spending and turns it into a yearly figure.

Why mix them?

The same habit can serve several goals at once. A small monthly amount builds your future, can bring the first million closer, and, if you choose, funds a yearly gift. The recipe puts those together in one line you can share.

Assumptions to check

A return of 7% a year is a common long-run planning figure, not a guarantee. Use a lower rate to be cautious. Inflation is not included, so the future amounts are in today's money only if you set the return after inflation.

Frequently asked questions

Are these numbers real predictions?

No. They are projections of a steady return on your inputs. Markets go up and down, and the rate you enter is your assumption, not a promise.

What does the million ingredient assume?

That you invest the savings you enter, each month, at the return you choose, with no withdrawals. Change the rate or the monthly amount and the years change with it.

Is my data stored or sent anywhere?

Your inputs stay in your browser. The recipe is built from fixed text templates on the page; nothing is sent to a server or an AI model.
